Job Overview: This position offers a commission-based remote and team structure, where all Client Representation Partners (CRPs) receive a 10% commission on each client's down payment. This commission will be paid out as soon as the down payment is received. To give you an idea, if a client's down payment is $1000, you will earn $100. We also pay $20 hourly plus your normal commission for college campus and entrepreneurial events. During the interview, we will discuss our pay matrix in detail and address any questions or concerns you may have. We are seeking motivated CRPs who understand the significance of great ideas and entrepreneurs. Your role will involve bringing in individuals with exceptional ideas so that we can explore every possibility and turn them into reality. Qualifications - Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate and close deals with clients. - Exceptional customer service abilities to provide a high level of support and satisfaction to clients. - Analytical skills to assess data and market trends to make informed business decisions. - Previous experience in sales to drive revenue and meet targets. - Proficiency in outside sales, business development, and account management to foster client relationships and generate new business opportunities. - Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing strategies to effectively engage with corporate clients. - Familiarity with technology sales and Salesforce to leverage tools for efficient client management. - Fluency in Spanish would be a plus to communicate with Spanish-speaking clients effectively.
